British actress Jodie Turner-Smith is the moment. She’s taken over the 79th Venice Film Festival with OOTDs that are the stuff of 80s Vogue Italia and we are preening over every fashion serve she’s surfed.
Her first outfit was an abstract Christopher John Rogers number paired with a sequin Gucci clutch and a diamond-bedazzled Bulgari necklace for Day 1 of the festival. With her regal Nubian features, that skin and statuesque figure of hers, Jodie was an absolutely goddess in Venice. The geniuses behind her look are celebrity style duo Wayman Deon and Micah McDonald. Oh, these two are doing the Fashion gods work. They know how to turn a canvas into a masterpiece. Just look at this chic wonder!
If we thought she was done serving it haute and hot then boy were we wrong. The Queen and Slim star topped up her first look with a blue peacock-feathered cropped dress. All in the same day!
At the festival’s opening ceremony Jodie graced the red carpet in a black custom Gucci see-through gown beaded with glittering stones.
And then she veered back to the blues in a Harbison Athena gown with a flowing cape train. That Hollywood Golden Age water waves hairdo was the cherry on top.
Jodie Turner-Smith is clearly having the time of her life at the 79th Venice Film Festival. And we love to see it. She is the breath of fresh air we’ve been needing and wanting for a while. Hair, face, style…trés chic!
