Crossing the Love Bridge: catch the thrilling moments from #edbridge22

And they what? They lived happily ever after. The beauty of love is a thing that we can all celebrate. And what better way than with the union of two lovebirds. The Menscook boys are popular fixtures in weddings in Ghana and abroad. But today the spotlight is on one of their very own.

Menscook CEO and heartthrob Edward and his belle and beau Bridget tied the knot yesterday (May 22nd). That’s right there’s a new couple in town and that’s Mr. and Mrs. Edward and Bridget Abbey.

The couple got married in a majestic wedding in front of their family and friends with the entire Menscook stable in tow.

Dubbed #Edbridge22, the wedding brought forth a rich display of culture, class and custom (and not just bespoke outfits).

After their traditional wedding, they went on to suit and tie their nuptials in a beautiful flower wonderland ceremony. The reception and after-party came with so much fun and cheer. It wouldn’t be a Menscook event without the Menscook boys giving us a showcase of their killer dance moves. And the bride’s maids did not fail to show up and show out with some dancefloor skills of their own.

Bridget was just a sight to see. First in her gorgeous pink kente crusted with shimmering stones and beads. And then in her flowing Fairytale princess silk Quophi Akotuah-made wedding gown. The groom also came through looking all clean and dapper in a brocade blue suit, the second of four outfit changes.

From the traditional ceremony, to their exchange of vows, to their reception and after-party, #edbridge22 is certainly one for the books.
