Dancehall Artiste, Stonebwoy is launching his clothing line with these #BHIM fabrics

Award-winning Ghanaian Dancehall Artiste, Livingstone Satekla popularly known by his stage moniker, Stonebwoy is joining the likes of Rihanna and many other global pop stars in the world of celebrity fashion/entrepreneurship.

Despite the failure of several other stars who have gone ahead of him to rake in a lot cash through their clothing line, Stonebwoy is undeterred to give his a paraphernalia to identify themselves by.

At a press conference in Accra to announce a unity concert between himself and his arch-rival, Shatta Wale on Wednesday, the BET Award winning musician and a brand Ambassador for several brands, unveiled the fabric as he wore a bright motif shirt over blue pants and tassel loafers.

Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were involved in a scuffle which led to the brandishing of a licensed rifle during the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards bringing the show to a halt and incurring the condemnation of Ghanaians from all walks of life.

As president of this so called fandom, who refer to themselves as the #bhimation, Livingstone commands a strong authority amongst the group attaining cult-like leadership and popularity.

Few hours after he was spotted in the shirt which had colors and his favorite tagline, BHIM, embossed in the outfit, several fans have also been spotted online wearing the same fabric with different styles as affirmation to his popularity and influence. Information available revealed that outfit had been in circulation for a while with some fans rocking it to a voting party for the Star in April

Stonebwoy and his team who are currently in Kenya for the “Tomorrow Leaders” concert have been tight-lipped about the nature of the enterprise and what the future holds for the fashion brand or if they have a hand in the numerous merchandise floating around.

Unlike Hollywood, celebrity culture and its various benefits is still gaining grounds in Ghana. However, with the new craze for fashion and celebrity fandoms, it’s expected that Stonebwoy’s clothing line will land him on a Forbes’ rich list or expand into a global merchandise company.
