#EMYAfrica2023: 15 celebrities who took their red carpet game very serious

The 2023 EMY Africa Awards lived up to its tag as an event that celebrates grandeur, high fashion and of course eminent men who have excelled in society.

This year’s event which took place at The Labadi Beach Hotel was taken to another level with extravagant gowns, crisp tuxedos and more stylish outfits!

Fans couldn’t help but share how their faves ate from top to bottom and left no crumbs.

From Berla Mundi stepping on necks in Duaba Serwaa to Efya channelling her inner African princess, this year’s awards night brought in some iconic and interesting looks.

Aside from the awards given on the night, show organizers promised to offer the winners of the best-dressed looks on the red carpet GHS3,000. (That’s some good cash)

The stars from the Nigerian side also joined their Ghanaian counterparts to showcase some of their most extravagant and fancy fashion experiments on the red carpet.

Hosted by emcee extraordinaires Nathaniel Attoh and Nancy Isime, The EMY Africa Awards 2023 had our fave celebs and the industrious across Africa being celebrated for their feats.

The “Blue Carpet” as they retitled was hosted by Doreen Avio and Uti Nwachukwu.
