Ingredients
Fante Kenkey
Mixed Berries(Strawberries, blueberries, Raspberries)
Vanilla Ice-cream
Milk powder
Condensed Milk
Milk
Directions
1. Peel the Fante kenkey from the leaves and wash it up. Cut up the kenkey into slices. You may want them in small sizes
2. Place the kenkey in a blender. Add your mixed berries and vanilla ice cream.
3. Also add your milk powder, condensed milk and your milk.
4. Blend it all together for about 5-10 minutes to get a concentrated mixture.
5. Serve with ice
