Naomi Campbell and Victoria Secret Angel, Maria Borges stormed Accra for #ALN10

The Africa Leadership Network over the weekend hosted some of the world’s iconic and leading personalities at a gala event at the Movenpick Ambassador hotel in Accra.

Africa Leadership Network is a space for people who believe in the vision of developing 3 million leaders for Africa by 2060.

Attending the series of talks, conferences and a grand gala on Friday and Saturday was Supermodel, Naomi Campbell, Maria Borges, Patoranking, Former U.N Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon and others.

Naomi Campbell who is spearheading African content on the global stage held a talk with other stakeholders under the patronage of Global fashion brand, Asos to champion #MadeInGhana products to the world.

She was spotted with several rising Ghanaian designers including Steve French, Afua Biney and Oteng who were part of the Gucci Design Fellowship at the Radford University College.

Angolan-born, Maria Borges, a Riccardo Tisci’s (creative director of Givenchy) protégée was also a key personality at the event. She was also spotted modelling for Versace at the Kempinski Executive Lounge in Accra

It is expected that these meetings and events will cause the world to look at Ghana with a critical eye and invest in Ghanaian fashion
