Ohemaa Mercy, Gyakie and Aisha Ayensu among women to be celebrated at Ghana Women of the Year Honours 2022

On Sunday 7th of August, the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast will be opening its halls for the 7th edition of the Ghana Women of the Year Honours 2022. The Ghana Women of the Year Honours is an annual platform that unveils and recognizes Ghanaian Women impacting industry both home and abroad.

Glitz Africa continues its agenda to celebrate women who aspire and inspire using their expertise, position and influence to be agents of progressive and affirmative change. Showcasing the capacity, endeavours and outstanding achievements of Ghanaian Women has been the Ghana Women of the Year’s aim since its inception six years ago.

This year’s gala is recognising women in the industries of politics, health, media, entertainment, philanthropy and education.

The Honourees are selected by an astute board of achievers who use clear and objective criteria in ensuring that the final list comprises the most deserving women in various fields.

The awards gala will take place at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast Accra on Sunday, 7th of August, 2022 at 6pm.
