Her style can be best described as corporate and cool comfort wear. Her street and beach style are infinitely exquisite with a dash of athleisure. She’s known for her bold choice in colors and always looking to stand out.

We made you a manual, if you’re looking for style inspo. Here’s how to dress like Serwaa Amihere:

Amihere’s style and how to cop it

When in doubt, wear red.

Due to her work as a broadcaster and always being on our screens, Serwaa’s work and out of work look is always influenced by a touch of red.

Her choice of bold colors, obviously a power move can be seen in most of her stylish corporate looks and even in her beach looks. Be it a red flowy dress with a snatched waistline or a bodycon dress with ruffled ends, red always wins when it comes to Serwaa.

You can never go wrong with patterns

Floral, polka dots or beaded, with the most subtle of patterns, you can make a large difference.

Patterns are the spice of life and fashion. You can go from bland to bubbly if you throw in a little pattern in your style like Serwaa does.

Accessories are a girl’s best friend.

We can’t stress this enough. Accesorize and know when accessorizing is not an option.

Serwaa knows that there are some dressed that cannot be worn with specific accessories and she uses that to her advantage.

Sometimes, you have to go for a choker necklace instead of pearls. Other times you don’t wear necklaces at all. Sometimes, you have to pick the studded sling bag over the shiny one.

It takes a pro to figure out the right times to use the right accessories but a trial and error doesn’t hurt anyone.

The blacker the juice, the sweeter the berry

Black goes with mostly every other color that exists on the color wheel by adding a subtle touch to the style but Serwaa makes it stand out. That is not an easy thing to do.

Monochrome black casual wear becomes forward-thinking with classy jackets, a basic turtle neck and what we call ‘rich aunty shades’. the outfit turned modern with high waisted jeans.
