#TIFF2023: Genevieve Nnaji storms social media with her first post from her I Do Not Come to You By Chance movie premiere

The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) witnessed a momentous occasion as the iconic Nollywood star, Genevieve Nnaji, graced the event to celebrate the premiere of her highly-anticipated movie “I Do Not Come to You By Chance.”

This marked not only a cinematic triumph but also Genevieve’s first public appearance of the year, making it an unforgettable night for fans and film enthusiasts alike.

Sharing photos of herself on social media for the first time in almost three years amidst the glitz and glamour of TIFF, Genevieve Nnaji chose black as her colour for the night.

Styled by Patrick Aparicio and Will of Capital Image, she wore a black silk robe over a black lace bralette and pants and matched it with a letter purse from YSL.

Her hair was gorgeously done into a pony tail by Licensed Celeb Hairstylist based in Canada, Hair By Glenna while @khera_beauty did a glam job for her makeup. Her statement gold earrings were the perfect finishing touches to her red carpet ensemble, adding a touch of glamour.

She captioned the photo, “I Do Not Come To You By Chance. ❤️????????????

Even though she opted to keep a low profile, allowing her work to speak volumes, the internet help but applaud her for her sartorial fashion choices. The love she’s received online is proof of how much her fans missed her since her prolonged absence.

But unbeknownst to us, she’s been behind the scenes, hard at work, passionately spearheading the production of “I Do Not Come to You By Chance.”

The movie has earned its place as a standout feature in the prestigious TIFF’s 2023 Centrepiece program.

“I Do Not Come to You By Chance” is a cinematic gem that has been co-produced by the dynamic duo of Chinny Carter and Chioma Onyenwe.

Their collaboration has brought to life a compelling script penned by the talented writing team of Chika Anadu and Ishaya Bako. With such a formidable team, it’s no wonder that this movie has generated immense buzz and anticipation in the lead-up to its premiere.
