Tragic news as Davido and Chioma’s son Ifeanyi is reported to have drowned in a pool accident

Our hearts and sympathies go out to Davido and Chioma.

It’s a tragic day in the Adeleke home as reports confirm that Nigerian Afropop superstar Davido and partner Chioma have lost their 3-year-old child, Ifeanyi.

Per preliminary reports, Ifeanyi passed on in a pool drowning accident on Monday, October 31.

This comes following the birthday celebration of his third birthday only several days prior on October, 20.

The tragic news was shared on the internet by numerous sites. Unverified reports implied that Ifeanyi drowned in a pool at his home in the Banana Island area of Lagos State.

In a bid to resuscitate him, the three-year-old, was raced to a clinic in the Lekki region of the state, where he was confirmed dead.

This is the second time a Nigerian big name child has kicked the bucket by suffocating in a pool. Back in 2018, D’banj and spouse Lineo Didi lost their child kid in a drowning accident.

Famous celebrities took to Twitter to commemorate with Davido and Chioma.

Our most profound sympathies to the Adeleke family.
