Seven celebrities who gave birth in the year 2017

2017 was definitely a good year for a number of Ghanaian celebrities as they welcomed new members into their families in the form of babies.

From those who denied the rumors of their pregnancy to those who hid it from the public eye because of personal reasons, here is a full list of celebrities who became parents in 2017.

1.Naa Ashorkor

Radio/TV personality and actress, Naa Ashorkor Mensa-Doku and her hubby, Ahuma Cabutey Adodoaji welcomed their first son, Baby Cabu in 2017 after she went off screen for a number of months.

The announcement which was done via the Joy Fm Presenter’s social media account garnered over 19,000 likes which instantly went viral as well as comments from fans and loved ones.

2. Oheneyere Gifty Anti
47-year-old TV presenter and Human Right’s activist, Oheneyere Gifty Anti and Nana Ansah Kwaw IV, a radio personality and the Chief of Edumasa became parents for the first time this year.

Nana Awo Danso who is a renowned public figure gave birth to a baby girl whose naming ceremony took the internet and Ghana by storm

3. Vivian Jill Lawrence
Local movie Actress and producer, Vivian Jill Lawrence was also blessed with a bouncy boy after several attempts to get a second child.

4. Trigmatic
Rapper/Radio personality, Trigmatic and his wife, Dita also joined the parenthood gang in 2017.

5. Yvonne Nelson
Actress, Yvonne Nelson broke the internet with the news of her pregnancy and subsequently, the birth of her baby in November 2017
