Empress Jamila in Ophelia Crossland at the BBC is how to make a glamorous fashion statement

Queen of effortless style and serial entrepreneur, Tracy Jamilatu Iddrisu of the Empress Jamilla franchise is always one to watch in the fashion industry.

A few weeks back she was invited to co-host a BBC Africa, #TheSheWord panel with Sally Boyani and a bevy of intelligent fashion women on Consumerism and the trends that dictate buying behaviors of African women.

From the video we saw, it’s agreed that she did a brilliant job on the panel as a first timer on the global media platform.

She also made a solid statement in her Ophelia Crossland Timeless A/W 19 dress. The black lace dress with African print and embellished necklines was also a big winner at the Rhythms on The Runway show in August.

Like the model, she rocked her dress with a ponytail however, hers was a high version with glam makeup giving the look an extra oomph. She also rocked hers with silver pumps and we love every bit of the glam look
