Glitz Africa Fashion Week 2020 is receiving submissions for Young Design Talent

Glitz Africa Fashion Week, Ghana’s biggest annual fashion event is coming back with its 8th edition.

Produced by Glitz Africa, the exciting, Pan-African celebrity, fashion and lifestyle brand, GAFW brings together esteemed industry players and fashion enthusiasts to interact in a fun-packed weekend from 6th October to 8th November 2020.

GAFW presents the perfect opportunity to meet fab designers across Africa showcasing their collections, models, fashionistas, celebrities and influencers in an atmosphere of glitz, fashion and style. 

Glitz Africa Fashion Week is also passionate about promoting young talent by giving them a platform to showcase their creative designs to a diverse audience of industry stakeholders, fashion enthusiasts and media through our annual Young Design Talent project.

The Young Design Talent project is in partnership with the African Fashion Foundation (AFF) due to the shared vision of empowering younger designers from Africa and its diaspora to succeed in the global fashion industry and market as well as supporting African designers’ professional success.

Emerging designers with the desire to show the world their talent should send in their essays about their passion for fashion and the reason behind the desire to join the Young Design Talent project in no more than 300 words to info@glitzafricafashionweek.com. Deadline for submissions is Friday, October 23, 2020.
