Epic Fail: Gifty Bingley fumes at Pizza Inn for sending her burnt chicken

Award-winning communications and public relations leader, Gifty Osei-Boakye Bingley, is the most recent victim of “I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered online.”

Bingley who is the Communications Director for the African Union, in a post on Instagram, expressed anger at the poor service she received when she ordered from Pizza INN. She explained that her son wanted pizza and chicken wings for dinner but when it was delivered, both sides of the chicken were burnt badly.

Pizza Inn, in their bid to rectify the situation, contacted Gifty to apologize for the service rendered and offered to replace her order with a better one.

Gifty has however declined the offer.  But we hope this is a wake up call for all online service deliverers to double check their orders before they send them out.

Has this happened to you before?  Let us know in the comments.
