10/10: Every Look Ghanaian Stylist V.Tabi and King Cold Wore for Their Classy #VEEVALACOLD Wedding

When a stylist gets married, there is already an unspoken expectation in the room, and if that stylist is Veronica Equa Amoakoaa Tabi a.k.a V Tabi, the world pauses to watch as the plot thickens.

Naturally, people anticipate fashion, glamour, presence and, of course, vision.

So it comes as no surprise that Vtabi showed up in beautiful outfits for her wedding to King Cold. For her, style has always been language, and this time it spoke of intention, growth and faith.

Each look formed part of a larger narrative, which was carefully considered and thoughtfully executed by reflecting who she is as a creative, a founder, and a woman stepping into marriage with clarity.

As the US-based Ghanaian founder of Vtabi Bridal Robes and Intimates, Veronica, a former beauty queen, understands the language of garments.

She knows how fabric falls, how structure supports the body, and how subtle details can quietly transform an entire look.

That knowledge was evident in every appearance she made throughout her wedding journey. A closer look made it clear that nothing was accidental; the silhouettes were intentional, the textures were rich, and the finishing was immaculate. It was obvious this was a stylist dressing herself, not simply a bride choosing beautiful outfits.

King Cold, her groom, is known for his intentionality, his sharp sense of style, and his deep spirituality.

For their pre-wedding shoot, he made a deliberate decision to move beyond the predictable. Instead of a standard suit styling, he paired his tailored suit with a shirt featuring a bold collar that subtly mirrored his personality and his faith. It was refined, but had character which framed his posture and sharpened his presence.

On him, it felt natural, like an extension of who he already is. The groom indeed matched her step for step from pre-wedding to the last Thanksgiving look on Sunday.

Their wedding was a masterclass in style, intention, identity and a celebration of love.

Now, let’s get into all her outfits from the three days. Shall we??

Look One: The Blush Ruffle Statement Gown

The first look blew our minds out. This was romance turned all the way up. Who even envisions a soft blush gown with cascading oversized ruffles pooling dramatically on the floor as their bridal robe look, if not Nana Equa?

The sheer bodice was adorned with floral embroidery, which created a delicate contrast against the bold volume of the skirt.  It felt cinematic and almost like a magazine editorial.

Verdict: 10/10. Soft but powerful.

Look 2

We are yet to see an outfit with the kind of range this couture piece from Pistis Ghana delivered. It looked like sunset captured in silk and stone. The structured corset bodice moved from a sun-bleached gold into a deep royal magenta, creating a striking gradient that felt both bold and refined.

And the skirt does deserve its own thesis on texture. Traditional geometric weaving met a scattering of iridescent beads, all finished with an oversized floor-length ruffle that unfurled like a desert flower in full bloom.

Verdict: 10/10. Culture meets couture.

Look 3

As a stylist, V Tabi understands the rudiments of balance. And the rules are simple; when the bodice carries detail, the skirt softens. When the silhouette is sculpted, the accessories step back.

This look felt like liquid light in motion, a breathtaking mosaic of hand-strung pearls and shimmering sea-glass discs in soft shades of mint and blush.

With every step, the fringed hem swayed in a gentle rhythm, turning the classic mermaid silhouette into a cascade of shimmer that caught both light and attention.

Verdict: 10/10. Reception-ready sophistication.

Now, let’s pause the confetti for a moment and talk pre-wedding looks, because the first ensemble that went viral was nothing short of a revelation. Organic opulence, sculpted in silk and dreams.

Picture a column gown, architectural in its simplicity, yet almost swallowed by a riot of golden-ochre fronds. Feathers erupt from the bodice, twisting and cascading to the floor in a botanical froth that feels simultaneously earthy and ethereal, as though a goddess has wandered straight out of an autumn forest, every step a whisper of sunlight through leaves.

Look 5

Look 5 was a mystery embodied in fabric. A deep-plum velvet gown, flecked with silver like a private galaxy, commanded the room without a word. The plunging neckline draws the eye, while intricate beadwork ripples across the bodice, catching light like constellations scattered across a midnight sky.

The drama doesn’t stop there. Atop the head rests an architectural halo of feathers, wild and untamed, moving with every step, every tilt. It transforms the wearer into a living avant-garde sculpture, the kind of piece that lingers in memory long after the lights dim.

Each detail, texture, shimmer, and shape speaks in a language of its own, making the gown not just an outfit, but a story whispered through velvet and starlight.

Look 6

Modern structure meets ethereal grace in a crisp ivory mini-skirt that forms the base, from which a floor-sweeping side train unfurls, sculpting an asymmetrical silhouette that feels both daring and effortlessly balanced. This was architectural elegance turned all the way up.

And of course, the bodice is a triumph of craftsmanship: a pearl-encrusted corset textured like rippling marble, framed by gilded, branch-like metallic piping that arcs over the shoulders and traces the neckline, evoking the organic sweep of a golden vine.

Look 7

No one on the internet has managed to get over this bridal robe look from her white wedding. This look was drama, and not just any type of drama,  the refined kind.

Veronica stepped out in a structured nude corset base layered with exaggerated white organza florals that bloomed across her shoulders and hips. The bodice was sheer with visible boning, sculpting her waist to perfection. The floral appliqués added volume without overwhelming her frame.

As a stylist, you can tell what she was doing here.

  • The nude illusion base elongates the body.

  • The structured corsetry creates balance against the softness of the petals.

  • The placement of the florals draws the eye upward and downward, creating a sense of symmetry.

Her hair? Sleek, vintage-inspired finger waves.
Makeup? Soft glam with defined eyes.

Verdict: 10/10. Editorial bridal. Controlled drama. No chaos.

If you want to do classic without looking dated, this is how it’s done. The goal is to work with the bridal tradition and elevate it. A structured ivory corset adorned with bead and pearl embellishments paired with a draped satin skirt. The asymmetrical neckline added modernity, while the beadwork brought texture and depth.

This look whispered elegance. It didn’t need to shout.

Verdict: 10/10. Timeless bride energy.

Look 9

A masterclass in light, texture, and unapologetic drama. She glides in a floor-length mermaid gown, each inch encrusted with mirror-like gold sequins that catch every glimmer of light, turning movement into a cascade of fire. The bodice plunges deeply, a deliberate draw for the eye, flanked by architectural ruffles in sheer gold organza that erupt from the shoulders like wings unfurling. Every shimmer, every fold, is meticulously orchestrated—this is couture as spectacle, a moment designed to dazzle and dominate the room.

Look 10

This was timeless elegance, reimagined for the modern bride. A long-sleeved lace gown with a structured sweetheart bodice and a sweeping, full skirt, each detail carefully balanced to feel airy yet substantial. The lace overlay added texture without weight, while the high-neck detail infused modesty into a contemporary silhouette.

Final verdict? Straight 10/10 across the board for all outfits.
