We are truly feeling the “Lagos City Chic” collaboration by Elpis Megalio and fashion editor Mary Edoro

Fashion Editor, Mary Edoro Bespoke womenswear brand Elpis Megalio have collaborated on a new capsule collection “The Lagoscity Chic Edit“.

The aim of the collaboration is to provide exquisite and stylish pieces for the modern everyday woman, inspired by the bubbly city of Lagos.

Ranging from intricately designed occasion dresses to staple colourful sets – the 8-piece capsule collection is just as practical as it is sartorially appealing.
As usual, Elpis Megalio which specialises in bespoke designs with a bridal and ready-to-wear line, brings it with the colourful designs; embracing femininity in a distinct and fresh way.

The Founder/Creative director Olufunke Afolabi had this to say:
“The pieces of this collection were created to celebrate women, strong beautiful women. At Elpis Megalio, we love  women who are kind, empathetic, strong, bold and beautiful. We didn’t have to search far to find a woman who represents all these things. Mary has been a friend and amazing support to our brand, a true Elpis Megalio woman. Working with her was a delight. She fell in love with all the pieces and the sparkle in her eyes made us confident that true Elpis Megalio women around the world will love every piece. We are delighted to present to you, Mary’s edit of our Nouveau Départ collection”

Mary who is a blooming influencer under the brand Lagoscity Chic and a Fashion Editor with one of the biggest digital platforms in Africa – BellaNaija, brings her vast knowledge of trends, sustainability in fashion and the Nigerian fashion scene to this edit.

According to her:
“It’s so refreshing to finally bring this idea to life. I’m excited to be creating something for women like myself who balance being creatives, having a 9-5 job, a stylish lifestyle and everything in-between. If you’re looking to steal the spotlight on the red carpet or make a great impression on a first date, this collection has it all.”
