Chris Attoh flies to Maryland after hearing news of his wife’s death

Multiple sources are reporting that Ghanaian Chris Attoh has lost his wife in a shooting incident in the U.S.

Upon hearing the news, the actor is said to have halted a movie project he was staring in and jetted off to Maryland, USA

Attoh who recently tied the knot with Business mogul, Bettie Jennifer in a private ceremony last year was in Los Angeles when the incident occurred.

CNBC Washington reported the incident on Friday after, the 44-year-old wife of the celebrated Ghanaian actor was fatally shot in the head by an unknown assailant as she left her office building on the 6300 block of Ivy Lane whiles walking to her car.

When she tried to run away, the man followed her and fired at her multiple times, with at least one shot hitting her in the head.

The suspect who has only been identified as “a black male with a thick build and black hair, wearing a dark shirt and pants” by the Police is on the run

Last week, speculations were rife about a possible divorce between the actor and his wife after deleting photos of the pair from his Instagram and Facebook accounts.
