#VGMA2019 Red Carpet photos of celebrities who attended this year’s event

Over the weekend, the highly anticipated 20th edition of the prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards was held in Accra.

The event which is seen as music holy grail was attended by some of Ghana and Africa’s celebrated music and entertainment acts.

Despite the euphoria that accompanied the event, this year’s edition was marred by violence after two of the rival acts, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale as well as their entourage involved themselves in a scuffle leading to the removal of a gun by the former at the events ground.

Prior to all the fracas and brouhaha, the rec carpet was lit with patrons who were clad in stunning, electrifying and awkward looks which accompanies these events.

Photographed by Ghanaian fashion and lifestyle photographer, Nana Kweku Chocolate, here is a list of stars at the red carpet.
