Wife of Ghanaian Actor Chris Attoh killed by gunman in the U.S

Ghanaian Actor, Chris Attoh has lost his wife to a fatal shooting incident in Maryland, U.S.A on Friday according to multiple media reports.

Bettie Jennifer, 44 who is married to the Ghanaian was shot in the head at her company’s office building according to Police reports.

Jenifer was leaving the office in the 6300 block of Ivy Lane to her car when an unknown gunman approached her, nbcwashington reported.

When she tried to run away, the man followed her and fired off multiple rounds, with at least one shot striking her, the news website quoted the police as saying.

After which he fled the scene in a vehicle, the police from the Greenbelt Police Department revealed.

Multiple media report say officers responded about 5:10 p.m. and found Jenifer suffering from a gunshot wound, nbcwashington reported.

She was declared dead at the scene.

Police described the suspect as “a black male with a think build and black hair, wearing a dark shirt and pants.”

Chris Attoh and Bettie Jenifer married in 2018 after ending his relationship with his ex wife, Nigerian actor Damilola Adegbite with whom he has son.

Last week, the Actor and MC sparked divorce rumors after deleting all photos of his wife from his social media.
