#SheSaidYes: Micheal Egere asked Lolade to marry him at their planned Christmas photoshoot.

“The bible says two better than one. It’s been better and better since we met. I want to be better and better forever”- these were the sentimental words Micheal Egere read from his phone as he went on one knee and asked his girlfriend to spend forever with him.

Lolade who was visibly shocked but interested in what her boyfriend was saying stood still as he read some more lines with her hand in his.

It was at this point she knew what was happening, she was going to become Mrs Egere if she said Yes and she did affirm it.

However, this was not part of the plan for the day (technically it was in Mike’s itinerary) as the Toronto-based Nigerian couple were just going to have a Christmas shoot and head back home or do what people do during the holidays.

After the proposals and putting a beautiful rock on her hand, they took some beautiful images in their perfectly matching sweaters.

“Two are better than One… I can’t wait to spend forever with You,” Lolade wrote on her Instagram after overcoming the shock amidst the series of comments congratulating her and Micheal.

Check out the images and video from the proposal.

Congratulations Micheal Egere and Lolade
