Although it’s human nature to think things out before making a decision or when assessing a situation, we tend to get stuck in our own minds. That’s when it becomes overthinking.

We mostly think about the future and make assumptions about incidents that have not yet happened.

Sometimes we worry till there is nothing to worry about and then start worrying about the fact that there is nothing to worry about. It’s a travesty.
